Overview

Pause began at 2025's Figma Design-a-thon, where we were challenged to turn a superpower into a digital product. We focused on the everyday feeling of burnout and realizing there was no time left for yourself.

We designed Pause, a mobile app built around the idea of stopping time. With features like smart notifications, activity logs, and timers, it helps users intentionally carve out moments of rest and regain control of their day. I led the product concept and interaction design.
